Sherwin has more than 20 years of business, innovation and technology strategy and management consulting services experience globally. He has been managing client business projects from various industries in the areas of business globalization, innovation & technology commercialization, digital transformation, corporate governance & compliance. More than a hundred world-wide businesses and their entrepreneurs have landed and expanded in North America through his projects.

Prior to his entry into the legal & business consulting industry, Sherwin was a national practice leader in both IBM US and Canada where he provides cloud & digital transformation solutions, and risk & compliance management solutions to clients worldwide.

Sherwin holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, professional legal studies from UBC and Ashton, and is also an LLM candidate from University of Edingburgh. He holds various international qualifications such as CISA, CISM, and PMP.
